When you arrive at work, get to the first smallest task that usually you might put at the end of your Task-roster for the day. Select the Important and non-urgent task-checking it off early in your day gets your dopamine flow in your brain motivating your mind to do more.

  1. Get outdoors often

Sitting in a closed environment for long hours could drain off your mental and physical energy. Stepping out of your cubicle to the office balcony or terrace for fresh air and a sight of green plants now and then during your busy workday can refresh your mind tremendously.

Working on too many jobs at the same time is said to take off concentration flow costing you extra twenty minutes than it usually will.

  1. Avoid other screen distractions

You might use your phone for a call during a precious break and then let indulge in a peep into social media, you end up jumping into the rabbit hole of endless screen time only to realize it’s a waste, as you have now been screen-drained further and that only adds to more energy loss.

  1. Talk to your colleagues

Just talking to your colleague, having a small chat can change your mood and lighten your day to a great extent. This also strengthens the teamwork and energy of the workplace making it a win-win for all.

  1. Just do it

We all have those days, where for some reason we might not be able to be in our best energies. And that is when routine/daily habits pay in. Make it a habit to do the above tips such that your body and mind are accustomed to change and make you just do it anyway in your lowest days also.
